Official Rules Clarifications
Use these rulings when the table debates an edge case. They settle score calls, Power Card outcomes, and deck flow so each round keeps moving.
If one or more players beat the Count Caller score, the caller receives a 20 point penalty. The player or tied players with the lowest point total score 0.
Players tying with the Count Caller score 1 point and the Count Caller scores 0.
No player can score more than 25 points in a single round, even if their total exceeds 25 points.
If the Draw Deck runs out, reshuffle the Discard Pile and use it as the new Draw Deck.
If a player's last card is Toss, place the Power Card on the Discard Pile and draw one card from the Draw Deck. If a player's last card is Sabotage, place the card on the Discard Pile, draw one card from the Draw Deck, and give that drawn card to a chosen other player.
'Count' cannot be called and turns cannot begin with an empty hand. After playing the last card, draw one card from the Draw Deck.
A player cannot use a Power Card against themselves.
Power Cards hold a point value after 'Count' is called. If the Count Caller is holding a Power Card, they receive a 20 point penalty and score 0 is given to the player or tied players with the lowest score.
If the Power Card picked from the Discard Pile is the same as one a player already possesses, it can be played.
